Day 2

I’ll be heading to the gym today for day 2 of deadlifts this week. The plan is to pull at a lighter weight but work with the bands and improve acceleration. Watch an explanation of achieving a big deadlift and the importance of breaking off the ground and driving up as fast as possible will be brought up. Driving the hips forward while simultaneously pulling the head back is key.
