Due to scheduling this week, leg day and back day ended up consecutive days. I trained legs yesterday including deep squats, because Big D doesn’t do that partial shit. :) I also threw in some good mornings towards the end for good measure. So I woke up with a little soreness in the quads, hams, and glutes. I’m now preparing for back day, including some deadlifting to start things off correctly!
I’m excited to head there and kill the training session. Let’s get it!
