Yesterday I spoke to an woman who is a model. She is already lean and looks great but she is looking to “tighten things up further” and get more conditioned. When speaking to her about her diet and training I found out that she tends to go a bit overboard on things. It’s very common to see among individuals who are desperate for results but it ends up holding them back. This particular individual was doing long duration training sessions, usually about 3 hours, and was following dietary guidelines that restricted her from eating at night and other various nonsensical methods. I can see where she is coming from; she showed me her photo sets and they were amazing, and she is looking to take her career further and see a lot more success.
Again, this tends to be very common. Many issues people experience have simpe fixes. Cutting down on duration of workouts but increasing intensity is a big one, for example. These are not complex issues but changing them would yield big results. Take a look at your plan and analyze it. Try and reveal if there is a simple fix lying within your program.
