One issue many people face is preparing food. Hectic lifestyles are common these days and many people unfortunately  reach for fast, easy options, including fast food. One way to deal with this is proper food prep. I personally tend to cut up foods and have them sealed and stored away in my fridge ready to be thrown in a pan. Try washing and cutting up foods like onions, mushrooms, bellpeppers, etc., and stashing them away so they’re ready to go when you need them.
