Hello,

No problem and thank you for acknowledging me and my efforts, it’s appreciated.

Ephedrine was very effective yet very strong at the same time. Is it some horrible supplement that some make it out to be, wreaking havoc on ones health? It has unfortunately received some wrongful accusations over the years due to people misusing the supplement. Now keep in mind, it is in fact strong. Caffeine also has the potential to cause serious health complications if taken outside of what is considered safe consumption. Provided an individual doesn’t have any underlying health complication, they use the supplement as directed, stay hydrated, do not stack it with high amounts of other stimulants, etc., they should be fine. This of course is provided they respond well to the supplement. Everyone’s body chemistry is a little different so while it may be safe and suitable for one individual, it may not for the next.

The E.C.A. stack, for those who don’t know, is stacking ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. The idea is that the three components work synergistically to enhance one another within the body, resulting in a powerful fat loss formula that lasts within the body for many hours. Again, this is a very powerful stack and should be used with caution. The use of high stimulant based products in general for long periods is not a good idea. They eventually can “burn out” the body and take a toll on the adrenal glands. Keep high stimulant products within reason; do not take them long term, do not combine other stimulants with them, stay hydrated, and always start out on a low dosage to see how your body adapts. If you have any existing health issues such as heart complication, blood pressure issues, etc., then you likely will have to avoid these types of products.
