When on a cut, is it absolutely necessary to decrease your carbs in order to see results? My carbs have automatically decreased a little due to the decrease in calorie, but they are only about 20-30g less. Will I still get results??!

Hello,

The short answer to this is, no. Carb intake may be manipulated but it doesn’t mean it MUST be. A big factor is the type of nutrients you are taking in. Stick to low glycemic, slow burning carbs that have little impact on your blood sugar and this will assist leaning out at a faster pace.
