Hi! I was just wondering if you think four slices of bread a day is too much? I know bread has a lot of preservatives and unnatural ingredients. I usually have a Thomas hearty grain English muffin for breakfast and an egg sandwich with two pieces of smart wonder wheat bread for lunch. Just curious on your opinion about it! Thank you!

With all the health benefits that wheat can offer, 4 slices a day is not too much. If however you have some type of allergic response to gluten or some other specific compound within these products you would obviously want to keep things limited. However, check your ingredient list closely as you want 100% whole wheat with no enriched ingredients, no dyed whites, excess preservatives, etc. There are much worse things that could be in your diet then 4 slices of wheat bread.
