I have a hot date this morning… the gym awaits my arrival.

I’ll be setting things off with 315 lb deadlifts with 30 second rest periods (those short rest periods make it feel like 400). Once that is done, pulldowns await me. The final back movement of the day will be 30 second rest period sets of 125 lb dumbbell rows, which I will totally destroy. Back will be followed by a small amount of bicep and forearm work. Biceps will be hit indirectly due to back training, in addition it’s a small muscle group so little stimulation is needed. Let’s do it!
