I need help please! I am have a tibia stress fracture and on hold w/ my marathon training. Great time to get an upper/core strength training program going. I am not knowledgeable in the names of things and need a list b/c I am a great plan follower. What would you suggest? Thanks!

Well I’m sorry to hear about the tibia stress fracture, I hope you heal up soon.

Upper body movements that would not stress the tibia too severely is key. Here are a few options you can look up and figure out how to execute properly.  

-Dumbbell alternate curls

-Barbell curls

-Overhead presses or military presses

-High pulls

-Upright rows

-Shrugs

-Barbell rows

-Dumbbell rows

-Pull ups pull downs

-Crunches

-Rope crunches

-Flat bench press

-Incline bench press

-Close-grip bench press

-Lying extensions

These are just a few to get you started with some research but remember there are PLENTY of good options out there.
