I’ve only been on the agmatine a little over a week now but I have a hunch it’s beginning to kick in. I haven’t noticed any huge pumps but now thinking about it, I have noticed some vascularity and density changes.
In terms of which USPlabs supplements I felt were not worth buying, I never had any impact from Prime, Jack3d, and Versa-1. This of course is purely my bodies response; Jack3d alone is highly popular. Overall I feel USPlabs is one of the best brands in the industry.

Beginners- stick with it
My advice to many people when they are just getting with workouts is- don’t get too caught up in details just practice consistency. By this I don’t mean just simply throw caution to the wind and do whatever comes to mind, however, many people let details slow them down. Some trainees get so caught up in small details they forget to actually workout.
I remember when I first picked up a barbell we had in our garage; it was given to us by our neighbor and was just one of those cheap, sand-filled weight sets. I grabbed it and just started curling. I curled and curled (I believe I did 100 reps) and I can recall my mindset- “the people who have achieved greatness didn’t achieve it by giving up.” Sure, I was young and dumb and didn’t know crap about working out or taking care of myself but I had drive and a passion to change which led me to express consistency, and that’s what made the difference.
I am now lucky enough to be in a position in which I can help guide people to success but it was a learning process. Everyone will eventually learn if they simply stick with it. The road may seem like a long one but I can promise that it is worth it.

A large factor is the type of protein you are using. Some proteins will simply mix easier, such as those that “instatized” like Optimum Nutrition. However, there are two main options I use.
1. Adding extra water to the coffee when it’s done will allow it to come down in temperature and the protein will mix easier once it’s added.
2. Use less water to brew the coffee, add a scoop of protein to a small amount of water in a shaker and mix it up. Once the coffee is done pour in the protein then simply reheat the coffee.
It looks like some type of fancy/weird drink but it isn’t, just a thick protein powder at the bottom that hasn’t been mixed in. For years I’ve been adding protein to my coffee as my preworkout drink first thing in the morning. Some people think it’s weird but once they try it they typically like it. Training with my friend
I hit the gym this morning with one of my best friends. She’s a pretty girl, energetic, and works hard. We trained legs and during our sets of Romanian deadlifts we mentioned a few things about her physique. She has good arm and shoulder development and feels her lower body is her weak point.
I said- “you have great shoulders, though.”
She commented- “yeah, but I need a better booty!”
To which I responded- “I already have a great ass. Thanks to stuff like this [grabbing the bar].”
She knows it’s true.
Hi David, I’m actually in talks with two people right now for personal training. I always look for people who compete in bodybuilding competitions, because that's what I am aiming for in the future. Also, who can do it for an affordable price. Anyways, there is this guy I found who competed and placed 3rd in his division. I've seen his pictures and his youtube video. Pretty convincing and affordable. However, there is this young girl who is competing in her first competition this year but has

Honestly it boils down to who’s available in your area. Remember that just because someone competes does not mean they’ll be the best choice and even if a person hasn’t competed they can still be a great choice. But I get what you’re saying about having the mindset of a competitor.
I personal would interview them a little or simply ask them for their backgrounds and experience. It’s okay to let them know you are not sure who to go with and would like to know a little bit about them. There are some very brilliant people out there but remember there is something to be said about experience as well. The girl who is doing her first competition might have the HEART to compete but does it mean she’ll do well, or even fully understand how to train others? Not necessarily. Again, do some research and find out what the general asking price is for trainers in your area. There are always online choices as well if you simply need training and meal plan design; some experts in the field offer that option.
